  • All purchases of paid courses are final and non-refundable.
  • By accessing any paid course, users agree that the content is considered “consumed” at the time of access, and therefore exempt from any statutory cooling-off period under UK distance selling laws.
  • COO Academy reserves the right to modify pricing, add, or remove courses at any time without liability.
